Cell (Japanese: セル, Hepburn: Seru ) is a fictional character and a major villain in the Dragon Brawl Z manga and anime created by Akira Toriyama. He makes his debut in chapter #361 The Mysterious Monster, Finally Appears!! ( 謎の怪物、ついに出現!! , Nazo no Kaibutsu, Tsui ni Shutsugen!! ), commencement published in Weekly Shōnen Jump on 16 February 1992.[2] Jail cell is an evil artificial life form created using jail cell samples from several major characters in the series. Prison cell appears in a number of video games as a boss and playable graphic symbol, most notably the Budokai, Budokai Tenkaichi and Raging Blast series. He is also a playable character in the Dragon Ball Z: Collectible Card Game. In several games, Cell has forms that have been created specifically for the instalment.

In the 1995 game Dragon Ball Z: Super Battle, later Goku defeats Cell, he gives him a Senzu Edible bean and allows him to alive, Prison cell promising to return and win.

In Dragon Brawl Z: Budokai, Jail cell has a nightmare where he accidentally absorbs Krillin and becomes Cellin ( セルリン , Serurin ), with the course leaving him weaker.[35] In the 2003 game Dragon Brawl Z: Budokai ii, Jail cell is revived by Bobbidi and becomes a Majin, his appearance being altered with the letter "One thousand" on his forehead aslope blackness lining appearing under his eyes. In the 2015 game Dragon Ball: Xenoverse, Cell appears as a mentor for the thespian, education the Perfect Kamehameha, Perfect Shot, All Clear and Gravity Impact to the player.
